摘　　要： 本文讨论了针对药源性损害,在我国开展责任保险相关险种的可能性。分析了药源性损害的内涵和现状,在此基础上,对发展相关责任保险提出了框架性建议,并对保险期限、责任限定、保险金给付等关键问题进行了讨论。认为相关责任保险的开展有利于保障患者权益,促进社会福利,开展过程中还存在一些问题,可以通过政府推动、完善医疗体系、完善数据上报制度、建立药品追溯数据库等加以解决。 The paper discussed on the possibility of developing drug-induced damage liability insurance in China. It analyzed the concept and current situation of drug-induced damage. Then it offered frame suggestions on developing related liability insurance and elaborated on some key issues, including insurance period, insurable and uninsurable liability ,and benefit payment, etc. The paper concluded that this liability insurance could protect patients＇ interest and promote social well-being. Furthermore, issues like government promotion, improving on the medical service system, construction of data report system and drug tracing-back database should also be taken into consideration.
