摘　　要： 对照WTO中与司法有关的规则 ,我国司法制度在司法独立、法制统一、立法和司法的透明度、司法审查、司法人员的素质等方面尚存在明显差距。今后一段时期内 ,我国司法改革应从保障司法独立 ,加快法律的立、改、废 ,完善公开机制 ,扩大司法审查的范围 ,推进法学教育及法官遴选制度改革等方面逐步。 In contrast with WTO's judicial rules,China still has a long way to go in judicial independence,unified legal system,legislative and judicial transparency,judicial in vestigation,quality training of the judiciary,elc.In the near future,China's judicial reform should be gradually and steadily promoted by securing judicial independence,quickening the step of open system of law's making,revising,nullifying and improving,enlarging the scope of judicial investigation,pushing on the education oflaw,and reforming the judges' selection system.
