摘　　要： 最高人民法院提出的司法和谐理念,极大地丰富了构建社会主义和谐社会的理论与实践。在论述司法和谐的概念和构成要素,探索司法和谐的基本价值的基础上,分析了当前影响司法和谐的主要因素,并提出了实现司法和谐的若干构想,以期有助于司法和谐之理论深化与制度构建。 Faced with constructing a socialist harmonious society of great historical mission, The Supreme People＇ s Court proposes the judicial concept of harmony for the first time.
