摘　　要： 法官独立是司法独立的重要内容,培养具有独立司法人格的同质法官群体是目前我国司法改革的关键所在。针对目前我国法官价值取向政治化、法官管理行政化、法官构成非专业化以及法官与社会关系亲密化的现状,提出应当加强法官的教育培训,创建新型的法官制度,理顺法院的内部外部关系的改革建议,以期为构建法官的独立司法人格提供条件,从而促进个案的公正审判、法律的统一实施和社会法治观念的形成。 The judicial independence of judges is an important element of overall judicial independence. Consequently, the key to China's current judicial reform is to foster a group of judges who share the same character. In light of the current situation, we should promote education & training of judges, establish a new system of judges, and streamline relationships both inside and outside the court. In this way, we can expect to build up an independent judicial personality of our judges, and to enhance justice of individual cases, unity of law implementation as well as social awareness of law and order.
