摘 要: 法律职业的良性互动,是构建法律职业共同体的基本途径。在我国,借鉴国外的成功经验,建立法律职业的良性互动机制,不仅十分必要,而且切实可行。为此,应当对法律职业互动进行制度设计,具体包括:合理限定法律职业互动的人员范围,细分法律职业互动的类型,确定法律职业互动的方式和程序,并制定相关的配套措施。 The positive interaction of the legal profession is the basic channel for constructing the legal professional community. In China, we can distill lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, and establish the positive interaction mechanism of the legal profession. This is not only necessary, but also practical. To this end, we should design the system for positive interaction in legal profession, including the following details : reasonable definition of scope for per- sonnel involved in interaction of legal profession, subdivision of categories of interaction in legal profession, confirmation of methods and procedures of interaction in legal profession, and establishment of relevant supporting measures.
