摘　　要： 自2017年以来,山东省临沭县人民法院全面推进法院体制综合配套改革,对分散于乡镇的人民法庭进行集约化设置,建设以员额法官为核心的平行化审判团队,将院庭长原有的领导、管理职能调整为统筹、咨询职能,创造性设计并推进审判和执行流程改革,着力建设新的业绩评价、监督管理和行政保障三项机制,取得了显著的成效,逐步形成以体制改革为基础、以流程改革为核心、以机制改革为保障的“临沭模式”。这一模式在我国法院系统具有可复制和可推广的重大价值。 Since 2017,the Linshu County People's Court of Shandong Province has comprehensively promoted the comprehensive reform of the court system,implemented intensive setting of the people's courts scattered in towns and villages,built a parallel trial team with staff judges as the core,and appointed the president of the court,original leadership and management functions were adjusted to overall planning and consulting functions,creatively designed and promoted the reform of the trial and execution process,and focused on building new performance evaluation,supervision and management and administrative guarantee three mechanisms,and achieved remarkable results,gradually forming a system The"Linshu Mode"is based on reform,centered on process reform,and guaranteed by mechanism reform.This model has great value that can be replicated and promoted in my country's court system.
