摘　　要： 利用广东省7个地级市216位农民创业者的调查数据,实证分析了人格特质、社会网络与农民创业绩效之间的关系。结果表明,外倾性、情绪稳定性和尽责性对农民创业绩效有显著正向影响;社会网络对人格特质与农民创业绩效的关系产生部分差异性调节效应。可见,社会网络能够作为农民创业者"先天"性格缺陷以及"后天"教育、经验等不足的替代机制,在一定程度上弱化了人格特质对农民创业绩效的影响。农民创业者在重视社会关系构建的同时,要权衡人格特质与社会网络之间的关系;注重强连带关系维持的同时,加强弱连带关系的开发。政府部门则要健全农民创业者的职业教育与培训体系,搭建农民创业者的交流平台。 Based on the questionnaire survey data of 216 peasant entrepreneurs from 7 cities in Guangdong province, this study analyses the relationship between personality traits, social networks and peasants' entrepreneurial performance. The results show that extraversion, emotional stability, and conscientiousness have positively effects on peasants' entrepreneurial performance; social networks partly moderate the relationships between personality traits and peasants' entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, social networks are the alternative mechanisms in order to make up for the character flaws and the lack of education and experience,which can weaken the effects of personality traits on peasants' entrepreneurial performance. At the same time peasants emphasize on constructing social relationship, they should balance the relationship between personality traits and social network. Government needs to improve the vocational training system for peasant entrepreneurs and build up communication platform for them.
