摘　　要： 循证心理治疗是治疗者在意识到病人特征、文化与偏好的情况下,将最佳研究证据与临床技能整合起来进行治疗的心理治疗取向。它的出现,代表着当代心理治疗发展的新方向。文章介绍了循证心理治疗的具体涵义、发展历史与实施步骤,并对它进行了简要的评价与展望。 Evidence-based psychotherapy is the integration of the best available research with clinical expertise in the context of patient characteristics, culture, and preferences, represents the developing direction of psychotherapy in the contemporary era. The paper makes a brief review on such issues as the concept, history, implementation procedure, and developing tendency of evidence-based psychotherapy.
