摘　　要： 罪犯教育管理工作需要监狱警察和罪犯之间的有效沟通。"非暴力沟通"是一种基于平等、尊重和理解而建立的新型沟通方式。它通过四个基本要素:观察、感受、需要和请求来实现,实现监狱警察与罪犯之间的有效沟通,使罪犯更容易接受监狱警察的教育管理,有利于提升监狱警察的管理水平,提高罪犯教育改造质量,缓解警囚矛盾,确保监狱安全,稳定罪犯改造秩序。 The education and management of criminal offenders call for their effective communication with the prison police officers."Non-violent communication"is a new way of communication which is based upon equality,respect and understanding.Four basic elements,i.e.observation,feeling,needs and requests,are used to fulfill the effective communication between prison police and criminal offenders,making the latter more willing to accept the education and management conducted by the former,Such kind of communication can help to upgrade the police officers’management,improve the offenders’quality in reeducation and correction,relieve the conflicts between the officers and the offenders,ensure the security in the prison facility,and maintain the order of the criminal rehabilitation.
