摘　　要： 面对人工智能、互联网+、大数据等新一轮产业革命的挑战,中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划("双高计划"),为我国职业教育改革、办学水平的提升提供了的战略发展机遇。高职学报作为高职院校教学与科研成果发布和交流的平台,与其相依托的高职院校可以相互促进、共同发展。文章从策划引领内容、主题追踪发布、规范引导、媒体融合发展等方面,探讨了"双高计划"建设背景下高职学报的发展策略和责任担当。 Under the challenge of a new round of industrial revolution, high level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics and major construction plan("Double High Plan") is the important strategic plan of higher vocational education in China embracing opportunities such as artificial intelligence, internet +, big data oriented, with the new economy, new technology and new business form. Journal sponsored by higher vocational college is a platform for the release and exchange of teaching and scientific research achievements.Colleges and journals can promote and develop each other. This paper discusses the development strategy and responsibility of journals sponsored by the "Double high plan" for the construction of higher vocational colleges from aspects such as planning and leading, theme tracking and publishing, standard guidance, and media integration.
