摘　　要： 建立在新古典生产函数基础上的主流经济增长理论忽视了企业家精神在经济增长中的作用，不能对经济增长的过程和实现机制做出合理的解释。奥地利学派经济学关于企业家过程的理论为经济增长的动态机制提供了一个微观基础，尤其是柯兹纳的企业家理论解释了企业家机会和经济增长的真正源泉。沿着奥地利学派的这一理论逻辑，我们可以为经济增长指明一条有利于企业家精神成长的制度路径。 The mainstream theory of economic growth based on Neo-classical production function overlooks the role of entrepreneurship in economic growth and fails to give a sound explanation of the growth process and its mechanism.The entrepreneurial process theory of Austrian economics provides a micro-base for the dynamic mechanism of economic growth and Kirzner's theory of entrepreneurship particularly reveals the real origin of entrepreneurial opportunities and economic growth.Along the theoretic logic of the Austrian school,we can demonstrate an institutional track favorable to the growth of entrepreneurship.
