摘　　要： 进入工业化社会阶段的中期，我国的资源型枯竭城市应转变经济增长方式，吸收和借鉴国外经济转型的经验，逐步走集约型方式发展的道路，从而为这些城市的可持续发展创造良好的条件。据此，对我国资源枯竭型城市转型的现状进行了分析，有针对性地提出了一些促进经济结构调整的对策。 Access to industrialized society of the mid-term stage, the cities of resource exhausted type （CRET） should change the mode of economic growth, absorb and learn from the experience of foreign economic transformation, gradually engagein intensive development,thus creating good conditions for the sustainable development of cities. Accordingly, we analyze the status about transformation of CRET,and put for ward some targeted suggestions to promote economic restructuring.
