摘　　要： 在中国社会快速变迁和高等教育制度转型的背景下,第三级政府举办的地方大学在推进＂中国式＂高等教育大众化等方面发挥了重要作用。作为一种有别于传统的新型大学,地方大学在中国的兴起和发展是中国高等教育制度创新的结果,是利益相关各方博弈和学习的结果。 Under the background of social rapid change and higher education institutional transformation,local colleges run by the tertiary government play important role in higher education massification.Different from traditional colleges,the rise and development of local colleges is the result of higher education institutional innovation,and also the result of stakeholders＇ game and learning.
