论现代职业教育产教融合的实现路径

摘  要: 产教融合指的是校企深度合作的人才培养模式,是现代职业教育的核心。当前,我国法律和政策对校企合作的规定并不完善,打造现代职业教育并没有专门负责统筹的部门,对那些积极参与办学的企业也缺乏激励措施,以至于机制落后的职业教育被社会普遍认为是"差生教育"。要实现职业教育的现代化,促进产教融合,离不开制度的创新:一是组织保障的创新;二是财政支持的创新;三是认证机制的创新。只有革新制度,才能从根本上改变我国职业教育落后的局面,为我国培养更多的高技能人才。 Industry and education integration refers to the depth of cooperation between enterprises and schools of personnel training model, and it is the core of modern vocational education. At present, the laws and policies for the school-enterprise cooperation is not perfect in China, there is no special responsibility for the co-ordination of the departments to create modern vocational education, and lacking incentives for those enterprises who actively participate in running schools, so that the mechanism of backward vocational education is widespread regarded as "poor students education". To achieve the modernization of vocational education, promote the integration of production and education, it can not be separated from the system of innovation, there are three ways to achieve this, one is the organization of security innovation, the second is the financial support of innovation, the third is the certification mechanism of innovation. Only by reforming system, can we change the backward situation of vocational education fundamentally in China, and train more high-skilled talents for our country.
