摘　　要： 本文在结合珠江三角洲地区经济发展特点对其城市化和工业化中所出现的土地利用问题进行深入分析的基础上,从经济发展模式、土地利用主体行为因素、制度因素、市场因素等方面对珠江三角洲地区土地资源的非持续利用现状进行了原因剖析,并从土地资源可持续利用的动力机制出发,进一步探讨了珠江三角洲地区土地资源可持续利用的调控思路和调控策略。 According to the in-depth analysis on problems of the utilization of the land that emerging during urbanization and industrialization, the causes for the current situation of unsustainable utilization of land in Pearl River Delta （PRD） are illuminated. The factors, including the patterns for economic development, the behavior of the user of the land, the regulation and the market, are focused in the illumination of the reasons. Afterwards, based on the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable utilization of the land resources, the idea and strategy of regulation and governance for sustainable utilization of the land resource in PRD are put forward.
