摘　　要： 洞庭湖区应采取点—轴发展模式。通过突出建设湖区中心城市、努力实现津澧融城、着力发展湖区县级城镇、做大湖区小城镇等措施,积极培育湖区增长极。在此基础上,沿湖区主要交通干线实行轴线开发,形成"山"字形空间发展格局。从长远来看,湖区多方面的一致性,奠定了经济一体化的客观基础,从而迈向防洪减灾一体化、区域管理一体化和区域市场一体化。 The spot-axis developing model should be applied in Dongting lake region. The growth pole system will be developed by means of the construction of the central cities, the mergence of Jinshi city and Lixian county, the development of the county towns and the enlargement of the small towns. On the basis of the growth pole system, the axes along the main traffic line will be exploited, so it will form the spatial developing pattern of W shape. In the long-term view, the many identities in the lake region lay the objective foundation of the economic integration, therefore it will stride towards the integration of preventing flood and reducing disasters, the integration of regional management and the integration of regional market.
