摘　　要： 　湘西文化滋养了沈从文,他总是从湘西文化的视觉度去感受、审视、体悟生命和世界,从"乡下人"的角度做审美取向和价值判断。沈从文努力用湘西原始、古朴、自然、优美的人性建造现代小说的"希腊小庙",对人的生命原始精神进行热情赞颂和充分展现。沈从文小说生命原始精神是从男性形象的野性和强力,女性形象的水一般美的生命特质和不受物质功利污染的情欲性爱等方面得到展现的。 Xiangxi(the west of Hunan province)culture gave life to Shen Congwen.He always felt,examined and appreciated the life and the world with aesthetic and value judgments from the angle of 'a countryman'.With original,ancient,natural and graceful humanity,Shen Congwen strived to construct'Greece Temple' of modern novels,sang and showed original life spirit of human being enthusiastically and abundantly.Original life spirit of Shen Congwens novels was shown from wild nature and power of male figures,and water\|like beauty and pure loves of female figures.
