摘　　要： 2014年,国际形势经历了深刻变化,大国关系围绕乌克兰事件出现比较重要的重组,地区秩序在进行深层次调整,中国是推动地区秩序转型的最重要因素。中国外交积极进取,取得了多方面的丰硕成果,中国成功主办亚信峰会和APEC会议,在多边舞台更为强劲地发出中国声音。"一带一路"倡议在国际社会得到积极响应,互联互通建设取得重要进展,周边热点也得到较为有效的应对。总体上,中国外交呈现出新的局面和气象,中国在国际上的战略地位变得更加主动,中国和平发展的国际环境得到了改善。 There have taken place significant changes in the world society in 2014.With emergence of the Ukrainian crisis, the re-structuring of great powers came into shape and regional adjustment was deepened. In the process, China has been playing an important role. Reflectively, China has made remarkable achievement in hosting the CICA Summit, APEC, initiating the project of the 'One Belt and One Road'('The Silk Road Economic Belt ' and 'The 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road'), and interacting and cooperating with the neighboring countries. It is optimistic that Chinese diplomacy has ushered in its favorable moments in terms of strategic undertakings, peaceful development as well as improvement of multilateral relations.
