摘　　要： 本文给出了一个上市公司财务分析专家系统 (theFinancialAnalysisExpertSystemofListedCompanies ,简称为FAESLC) ,主要功能是对上市公司的财务状况作出专家级的分析 ,给出评价 ,进而为用户选择具有投资价值的股票提供专家级的建议。FAESLC系统应用了一种面向对象的专家系统设计方法。该系统可以在Windows 2 0 0 0或Win98下运行 ,其前端采用VisualC + + 6 In this paper,th e main idea in designing the Financial Analysis Expert System of Listed Companie s is to give expert level suggestion by analyzing financial situation of listed companies and using computer programs on the basis of financial statement data.T his system used the object-oriented method and Visual C++6 0 as development to ol.It runs under Windows 98 or Windows 2000.
