摘 要: 提出了大学在知识经济的环境里做知识的经纪人的方法,即通过对知识的预测、寻找、获取、管理、传播和应用,促进大学成为知识创新的主体以及与企业创新互动,提高大学和企业的竞争能力,从而具体研究了知识经纪人的特征、基本活动、服务方式和组织形式,以及大学在做知识经纪人的过程中遇到的问题及解决对策. In this paper, a method that a university acts as a knowledge broker in the knowledge economies environment is established. Through forecasting, researching, getting, managing, disseminating and applying knowledge, a university tries to interact with enterprises and becomes the main body of knowledge innovation, which will enhance the competence of the universities and the enterprises. The paper discusses the character, basic activities, ways of servicing society and their organizations, and analyzes the problems and sieving ways when a university acting as a knowledge broker.
