摘　　要： 基于全球价值链视角,利用世界投入产出表,测算出40个国家和地区制造业的离岸生产性服务中间投入率,分析离岸生产性服务中间投入对制造业生产效率的促进作用。研究结果显示:发达国家制造业中的离岸生产性服务中间投入明显超过发展中国家(地区);离岸生产性服务中间投入对发达国家制造业生产效率的提升具有显著的正向影响,而对发展中国家(地区)制造业生产效率的提高存在负向影响,高、中技术密集度离岸生产性服务中间投入对发达国家制造业生产效率的促进作用较大,低技术密集度离岸生产性服务中间投入对发展中国家(地区)制造业技术效率提升的促进作用较大。 By using world input- output table,the paper calculates intermediate input rate of offshore producer services of manufacturing industry in 40 countries and regions,and analyses the promoting effect of intermediate inputs of offshore producer services on manufacturing productivity from the perspective of global value chains. The results show that the intermediate input of offshore producer services of developed countries is significantly more than that of the developing countries( regions); the intermediate inputs of the offshore producer service has a significant positive effect on manufacturing productivity in developed countries( regions),but the impact is negative in developing countries. Intermediate input of medium and high technology intensive offshore producer services greatly promote the manufacturing productivity in developed countries( regions),while intermediate input of low technology intensive offshore producer service greatly promotes the manufacturing productivity in developing countries.
