摘 要: 文章设计了一种新型的标准向量差分压缩方法,具有压缩率高,使用寄存器少,与ATE通讯协议比较简单等特点,解决了测试向量差分时需要使用与向量等长度的循环移位寄存器的问题。 In this paper,a novel method of standard vector difference is proposed.The results show that the proposed method have some advantages,such as high compress rate,few number of register are used for vector difference,and simple communicate protocol with the ATE. It solves the problem of test vectors difference in thesis,in which the number of the CSR is equal to the length of the vector.
