摘　　要： 中等和高等职业教育有效衔接是构建现代职业教育体系的重点工程。中等和高等职业教育有效衔接的价值理性表现在人的发展、社会需求、职业能力、衔接的有效性等方面。发展中等和高等职业教育有效衔接的工具理性,夯实中等和高等职业教育有效衔接的价值理性,以中等和高等职业教育有效衔接的价值理性引领工具理性,通过二者的融合还原价值理性和工具理性在教育活动中的一体性,可以有效推进中等和高等职业教育的有机衔接和协调发展。 Effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education is a key program for constructing modern vocational education system. The value rationality for effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education from the axiological perspective includes human development, social development, occupation ability and connection validity. These value rationalities can help to avoid chasing value blindly and irrationally, further intermingle value rationality and instrumental rationality, promote effective connection and coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education, thus it is beneficial to construct modern vocational education system.
