摘　　要： 实习教师的威信一直是当今校园里最引人关注的问题,也是引发社会讨论的热门话题。实习教师的威信关系着在教学过程中是否取得成果,关系着是否在学生群体中树立起正确地位以及是否受学生尊敬。本文主要通过探究实习教师威信缺失的原因,并提出对实习教师威信进行树立的策略。这对今后实习教师的教学以及建立良好师生关系具有重要意义。 Student teachers＇ authority is always the most noteworthy issue in campus today, as well as a hot social topic worth discussing. Student teachers＇ authority concerns whether their teaching will be successful, whether they can set up a correct position among their students and whether they will be respected by their students. In this paper, through probing into the causes of the lack of student teachers＇ authority, the strategy of setting up student teachers＇ authority is put forward. It is of great significance for the teaching achievement of student teachers in the future and the establishment of a favorable teacher-student relationship.
