摘 要: 表面等离子体共振传感器作为免疫传感器,兼有免疫检测和仪器分析二者优势,具有无需标记,前处理简单,样品用量少,分析快捷,灵敏度高等优点,非常适合于食品中化学危害物的快速现场检测,是近些年研究热点。本文基于表面等离子体共振传感器的食源性化学危害物残留检测及信号放大策略进行综述,以期为提高我国食品安全快速检测能力提供技术保障。 SPR as an immune sensor combined the advantages of immunoassay analysis and instruments have became the hot topic in recent years. It has been used in on-site detection for its small sample volume, high sensitivity, rapid detection and other advantages. The review is based on the SPR detection of food-borne chemical hazards and signal amplification strategy, which provides the technology guarantee to improve the capability of detecting in food samples.
