摘　　要： 该文对中国1978-2013年的资本、劳动力、能源三种生产要素价格的绝对扭曲和相对价格扭曲现象进行了分析与测度,发现三种要素价格扭曲程度最高是资本,其次是能源,最后是劳动力。继而建立VAR模型,进一步分析要素价格扭曲对中国宏观经济失衡影响的研究认为,各要素的价格扭曲会对消费、投资和出口造成不同程度的显著影响,脉冲响应反映不同时期的冲击效应差异。最后建议需进一步完善要素市场价格形成机制,改变要素价格扭曲造成的宏观经济失衡局面,实现宏观经济的再平衡。 This paper, on the basis of production function, measures the absolute and relative price distortion of three important factors of production： labor, capital and energy, ranging from 1978 to 2013. The findings indicate that price distortion exists in all the three factors, among which the capital price distortion is of the highest level, followed by energy and labor force. VAR model is established then to analyze the effect of domestic macroeconomic imbalances suggests that the factor price distortion exerts significant yet differing impacts on consumption, investment and export. In addition, the impulse response analysis reflects different knock-on effects during different times. Therefore, further improving the factor market price formation mechanism is suggested, so as to change the macroeconomic disequilibrium caused by factor price distortion and realize the macroeconomic rebalancing.
