摘　　要： 在建立评价指标体系的基础上 ,运用层次分析法与综合指数法对济南市生态环境质量现状进行了考核和评估 ,将全市生态环境质量划分为不同生态水平的 5个等级 ,为各不同区域不同生态问题的识别、生态保护目标及对策的制定提供科学的依据 . On basis of the system of influential factors that have been built,authors checked and assessed the comprehensive ecological environment quality in Jinan City by AHP and comprehensive index method,then divided the whole city into 5 grades in ecological environment quality,which can supply scientific proof/foundation to distinguish different ecological problem in different areas and to lay down the target and countermeasures of ecological protection.
