摘　　要： 政府部门执行力是构成政府执行力的最主要部分。当前我国某些政府部门存在的执行力问题,其根源在于责任意识的缺失、部门利益的博弈、行政体制的短缺及监控的无力。因此,有必要在建设责任型政府、加强政府利益协调、推进行政体制改革、强化监控等方面加以努力。 Government enforcement is the most important part of government executive capabilities. The causes of government enforcement problem in China usually include lack of responsibility, games among different sectors, limitation of ad- ministrative system and weak supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a responsible government, strength- en interest coordination, accelerate government administrative system reform, and improve government supervision.
