摘　　要： 土地革命战争时期,根据地需要大批干部去开展工作,干部队伍的理论修养和政治水平有待提高,革命战争急需大力培养军事人才。在面临上述形势和任务下,各苏区始终没有放松培养军队干部和地方党政干部,初步形成了党的干部教育体系,并积累了宝贵的经验。 During the time of Agrarian revolution war,revolutionary base areas require a great number of cadres to carry out a job,Theory accomplishment and politics of ranks of cadres are horizontal and need to be improved.It is urgent to train military affairs talented persons energetically for Revolutionary war.Faced with the above-mentioned situation and tasks,Every Soviet Area always attached importance to the cadre education of troops and the local party and government,and formed Party＇s cadre education system and accumulated precious experience at the same time.
