摘 要: 在分析新一代GPS标准体系(NGGPS)基础理论的基础上,研究NGGPS与典型CAx之间的关系,指出通过NGGPS标准体系将产品各个阶段的特征信息进行一系列操作,获取相关模型信息,能够有效地把各个CAx子系统连接起来。在此基础上对比满足技术要求的中间件开发策略、完全独立开发策略和二次开发策略,选择在Pro/E中二次开发NG-GPS功能模块的集成方式,实现系统平台三个功能模块(公差、工艺和检测认证)的设计,使产品设计者在设计之初就考虑到检测要求,最后通过一个实例运行验证系统的可行性,为NGGPS在制造业中的应用提供新思路。 Based on the foundation analyzing of the Next Generation GPS (NGGPS) basic theory, study the relationship between NGGPS and typical CAx, and point out production character information of every phase to do series of operation by NGGPS standard system. Obtaining related model information can join each CAx subsystem effectively. On the basis of this, comparing with satisfied technology requirement, middleware development, independent development and secondary development, using secondary development method to develops NGGPS function modules in Pro/E. Three function modules of tolerance design, process design and detection design realized can make product designer to consider the test requirement at the beginning of design. Finally an example is operated to validate system feasibility, to provide a new thought for the application of NGGPS at manufacturing.
