摘　　要： 随着社会主义市场经济法律体系的进一步完备,国家赔偿法律制度必将发生更深刻的变革。通过对我国国家赔偿法的基本内容和实施情况以及现行制度存在的缺陷和不足的分析,可以从国家赔偿的宗旨和原则、国家赔偿规则的设计、国家赔偿保障体系的确立三个方面来探讨我国国家赔偿制度未来的发展趋势。 With the improvement of legal system in the socialist market economy circle, state compensation legal system will change profoundly. This paper firstly introduces the basic contents and the implementation of China＇s State Compensation Law briefly and then analyzes the mistakes and shortcomings of the current system. At last,the paper discusses the future developing trend of China＇s state compensation system from three aspects：the purposes and principles of the state compensation law, the rules design, and the establishment of state compensation security system.
