摘　　要： 区域产业转型是经济发展的内在要求,也是完善市场经济和参与国际产业竞争的必然趋势。改革开放以来,我国产业经历了几次重要的转型,其转型无不受供给——需求关系的变动和技术促进的影响,区域产业转型正好反映了国家产业转型的点阵关系。文章对我国区域产业转型的动因和特点进行分析,对我国区域产业转型进行了重新定位并提出了相应对策。 Regional industrial transfer is the internal need of economic development, and it is also the necessity of perfect market economy and international industrial competition. Since China＇s reform and opening up, there were some important industrial transfer happened in China, the transfer is affected by the demand, need and technology promotion. Regional industrial transfer reflects national industrial transfer. This paper analyzes the motives and Characteristics of regional industrial transfer in China, and then puts forward some suggestions.
