摘　　要： 本文旨在深入探讨英国现代小说家D.H.劳伦斯的现代主义视野。文章论述了劳伦斯与现代主义运动之间的微妙关系,同时讨论了他与其他现代派作家之间在创作理念上的共性与差异。文章通过对劳伦斯四部重要小说的考察,从四个层面系统地分析了他从现实主义向现代主义的执着跨越,并充分揭示了他在英国社会转型期表现出的独立而自觉的现代主义精神。 This article is intended to explore the British novelist D. H. Lawrence＇s modernist perspective. It not only dwells upon Lawrence＇s subtle relationship with the modernist movement, but also discusses the similarities and differences between him and other modernists in the concept of writing. Through the examination of his four major novels, the article analyses his determined move from realism to modernism and demonstrates his independent and self-conscious modernist spirit during social transformation.
