摘　　要： 对陈烈的县域发展规划的实践特点作了归纳总结。同时认为,县(市)域发展规划是解决区域发展问题的重要切入点,有利于促进区域内及区域之间的协调发展。县(市)域发展规划的核心是调控人地关系,实现县域可持续发展。县(市)域发展规划论证了“人地关系地域系统”理论的实践价值;使区域发展理论的应用价值得到提高。 Tne characteristics of practice of Chen＇ CRDP are summed up. And also show the opinions： County Region Development Planning （CRDP） is an important entrance of solving the problem of region development, it help to promote corresponding and developing in region and among regions. CRDP＇s core is to adjust and control the connection between human and land, to realize County Region sustainable development. CRDP demonstrated the practice value of ＂the territory system of connection between human and land＂ theory, and made to enhance the applying value of region development theory.
