摘　　要： 欧阳修作碑志文追求事实材料的准确信实,行文简而有法,语言质朴凝练,深得史传文学之精髓,其碑志文人物形象突出,叙述真实可靠,多为后世史籍采用,具有较高的文学价值和历史价值,是文学与史学的统一。 With his reliable fact-seeking materials, simple and skillful method and a plain and terse style of language, his writings were firmly believed to be the quint essence of historical and biographical literature. The figures depicted in his monumental writings were out standing, and the narrations were real and trust worthy, which were often citeel by later generations in their historical books. They possessed high literary and historical value as the unity of literature and history.
