摘　　要： 文章以16世纪中法名著《水浒传》、《西游记》及《巨人传》为重读对象,通过它们对食物和智力关系的不同表现,揭示了传统中国和彼时的法兰西帝国,在“食”与“智”文化上的深刻区别。 This article sets the Chinese and French literary masterpieces Gargantua and pantagruel, Outlaws of the marsh, and Pilgrims to the west of the 16th century as objects to read through, and by comparing the different presentation of eating and intelligence indicates the deep distinction on ＂food and intelligence＂ between the ancient China and France at the same time.
