摘　　要： 村民自治在实践中取得了较好政治绩效,出现了较高的村民选举参与率,初步建立了以村民为决策主体的民主决策体制,同时出现了多元民主管理主体和多样化的民主管理和民主监督方式。另一方面村民自治实践中仍存在一些问题,影响了村民自治政治绩效的提高。要提升村民自治的政治绩效,必须要加强制度建设,要利用多种渠道,提高村民自治主体的民主、法制意识和文化素质。要加强村民自治组织的建设,提升其管理能力和服务能力。同时要求村民自治营造良好的社会法制环境。本文以广东省为例,对村民自治的政治绩效进行了分析,并提出了作者自己的见解。 There has achieved a high performance on the villagers’self-government in Guangdong province.In which there had a high participation rate in Village's election, villagers’self decision-making system,a polycentric self-management model and diversified self-supervisal pattern. On the other hand,there also had some issues which hinder the improvement of the political perfomance in villages' self-government.In order to improve the political performance, strengthening the institutional construction,improving the villages' consciousness about the law and democracy,and building a good social legal environment in village should be considered. The author of this thesis, after studying the case of Guangdong, proposes his view on the Villagers' Self-government.
