摘 要: 利用第四、五次人口普查资料,考察广州就业人口文化素质变动特征;建立人力资本与经济增长的关联模型,计算分析人力资本对经济增长的贡献:提出实现广州人口文化素质与经济可持续发展的对策。 This paper, based on the 4th and 5th census data of Guangzhou, analyzes the changing features of the working population of Guangdong and a correlative model of human capital and economic growth has build up to identify the contribution of human capital to economic growth. Accordingly some counterpart suggestions are put forward to ensure the sustainable of economy growth.
