摘　　要： 本文通过分析英语专业一年级和四年级部分学生的 50篇作文 ,对他们进行改错测验 ,并对其中 6名学生进行访谈 ,研究了中国学生汉—英过渡语中的作格动词。结果发现 ,一年级的受试已成功习得了非成对作格动词 ;比较而言 ,受试使用成对作格动词就相对困难一些。此外 ,本文还在调查分析的基础上对非受格动词假设提出了质疑 ,认为作格动词误用是认知因素、目的语水平和母语迁移共同作用的结果。 This paper studies the ergative verbs in Chinese_English interlanguage through written data analyses, a proofreading test, and guided interviews. It reveals that the subjects are better at learning the unpaired ergative verbs than the paired. It also challenges the unaccusative hypothesis, proposing that ergative failure is attributed to the cooperation of the cognitive factor, target language competence, and first language transfer.
