摘 要: 本案例描述了香港珠宝大王谢瑞麟家族的创业历程。问题集中在创业领袖与从美国学习归来的下一代继任者在管理理念、经营方式和文化等方面的冲突上,同时,也反映出中国家族管理文化与现代管理之间的冲突。对于国内企业来说是一个难得的家族创业与继任冲突的案例。 This case describes the devious entrepreneurial history of Tse Sui Luen,'the King of Jewelry'in Hong Kong.The problems are the divergences of business model,operational method and organizational culture between the old founder as hero and his successor,who received modern management education from the West.This case also reflects the conflicts between Chinese traditional family culture and modern management philosophy.It's a story about family feud,entrepreneurship,and successor conflicts of a Chinese family business.
