摘　　要： 国有企业改革实质上就是企业产权重构,即赋予公有产权以排他性、可分割性、可分离性和可让渡性.股份公司的股权所有者不具有完整的产权权束,已没有身份界别.因此,股权结构不能表征股份公司的所有制属性,股权是资本的社会所有制形式,具中性特征. The reform of state - owned enterprises is in essence, a move towards restructuring the enterprise ownership,The division and specialization of ownership has induced the creation of shareholding companies. Within a shareholding compnay, the shareholders do not have complete property right binding.Nor do they have well - defined indentity.Therefore,the shareholding structure does not denote the ownership nature of the enterprise . Instead, it is neutral.
